Dr.-Ing. Matthias Seiler is an honorary professor at the Chair of Business Administration, specializing in marketing, at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf, where he is responsible for the course Innovation Management & Marketing.
Matthias Seiler studied Process and Energy Engineering at the Technical University of Berlin, earned his PhD at Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg, and later successfully completed an Executive MBA program with a focus on corporate management, strategy, and innovation management at Mannheim and ESSEC Business School.
In his 20-year professional career, he has held various international management positions, including Director of New Business Development, Execuitive Director of Global Innovation Management, Managing Director, and Chief Operating Officer. Today, Mr. Seiler is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Managing Director of the renowned Witte Group.
Mr. Seiler is a member of a number of industry associations and national steering committees, with a special focus on product and process innovation, digitalization, and artificial intelligence. Mr. Seiler's core competencies include corporate management, innovation management, and new business development.
