How to find us

You can find our chair in building 24.31 which is called the Oeconomicum. This is next to the  libary and can only be reached over the main entrance at the forecourt of the libary and the lift of the underground parking garage (P3).

Arrival by train and tram

The most convenient way to reach the faculty from Düsseldorf main station is via the stop "Universität Ost/Botanischer Garten". Please use the information services of the VRR and the Deutsche Bahn.
The line U 79 departs every 20 minutes from the main station directly to the University (terminal station: "Universität Ost/Botanischer Garten"), the travel time is about 10 minutes. Other lines can also be used.

Arrival by bus

The university can be reached by bus lines 735, 827, 835 and 836. All of these lines take you to the bus stops "Universität Mitte" and "Universität Süd". Please also use the information services of the undefined VRR and the Deutsche Bahn. The fastest way to get to the Oeconomicum is from the stop "Universität Mitte".

Arrival by car

The university is easy to reach by car. It is directly connected to the A 46. Coming from the east ("Wuppertal/A3/A59"), please take the exit "Universität", or in case of the A 59, the exit "Garath" and follow the signs to "Benrath and Universität". From western directions ("Neuss/A57") please take the "Bilk/Zentrum" exit and follow the signs to the university. There are limited parking possibilities around the faculty (underground parking lot, multi-storey parking lots or parking spaces).
